Our process begins at first point of contact between the client and Regency Residential’s team of property investment experts. The team will firstly, assess whether property investment is right for you. They will then, based on your criteria, identify the most suitable location and unit for your needs. Once you have been sufficiently informed on all aspects regarding your Regency Residential investment, you can then arrange a viewing with your dedicated property consultant who has guided you through the investment process.  Our consultants will provide you with answers to every question you have regarding the properties of interest.

Should you be interested in taking the property off the market, all that is required is a £1,000 reservation fee. Once the reservation has been made and the property is taken off the market, we will begin the process of exchanging contracts; at which time a 10% deposit is taken for developments with a build period of 12 months and under. For builds over 12 months, a further 15% deposit may be required. During the build period, all funds are kept securely with independent third-parties.

We want this to be as painless and hassle-free as possible, as such; we will introduce you to our trusted partners who can provide assistance where necessary, with region-specific letting agents, nationwide independent solicitors and financial advisors. We can also offer a full turnkey investment, with complete-apartment furniture packages - streamlining the investment process further.
