Regency Residential in collaboration with MCR Property Group, has gone into planning for over 1,200 homes on Gould Street, Manchester. The former gas works site in close proximity to Victoria Station and MeadowSide - forming part of the regernation masterplan for the area.
The scheme will comprise a block of 44 apartments, ranging from two to five storeys, as well as five townhouses. If planning is granted, The Wharf will significantly transform the area. The gateway building will become a focal point when driving into the sought-after area of Altrincham from Manchester.
