The £275 million urban village, named New Monaco, will completely transform the seven acre site on Bristol Street into a unique village community on the fringe of the city centre. Two towers, 26 and 29 storeys respectively, will stand alongside apartment blocks and townhouses at the heart of the scheme, providing more than a thousand one, two and three-bedroom homes.
Regency Residential in collaboration with MCR Property Group, has gone into planning for over 1,200 homes on Gould Street, Manchester. The former gas works site in close proximity to Victoria Station and MeadowSide - forming part of the regernation masterplan for the area.
Plans have been submitted for a 99-apartments development on Bridgewater Canal in Altrincham. Located on Wharf Road, the mixed-height building will vary between and sit adjacent to the canal, which has undergone a significant transformation in recent years.
